Up the Ranks Performance LLC. is excited to offer the Lehigh Valley and surrounding Pennsylvania areas, high quality year-round baseball and softball instruction, certified skill development services and personal athletic training. From the prospective player to the competitive college athlete, we will design a personalized program built specifically to accomplish every athlete’s primary needs and goals. All workout plans are tailored towards each individual and based off their strengths and weaknesses, which allows our athletes to make the necessary mechanical improvements and increase confidence levels as they move forward.

Our company was founded on the principle of putting the athletes first, while supporting our local communities, schools and sports organizations through great coaching, communication, and guidance.

Our primary mission is to provide players of all ages and skill levels with the tools required to advance their techniques and maximize overall potential. We believe in positive reinforcement and creating atmospheres where every player and their families can feel comfortable and have fun while learning. Through systematic and priority-based training, players will learn proper mechanics and mobility patterns, mature and build relationships, improve mental toughness, showcase talents, and experience an unprecedented level of success both on and off the playing field.
